DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under trust deed dated March 25, 1998
executed and delivered by Kimberley Rockingbear, as Grantor, and recorded on March 27,
1998, in the Records of Jackson County, Oregon, conveying real property situated in
Jackson County described in the trust deed by reference to Instrument Number 98-12022,
having received from the beneficiary under the trust deed, a request to reconvey reciting
that the obligation secured by the trust deed ($9836.76) has been fully paid and satisfied
hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any covenant or warranty, express
or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all of the estate held by the
undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING
FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER 195.300,
195.301 AND 195.305 TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424, OREGON
LAWS 2007. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF THE PROPERTY IN
VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING
OR ACCEPTINGTHIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE TITLE TO THE
PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY PLANNING
DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY THAT THE UNIT OF LAND BEING TRANSFERRED IS A
