binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION: Agree to participate in the local improvement districts for the future improvement of the unpaved portion of
Liberty Street (sidewalks, curbs, gutters and paving) and the alley at the rear of the properties, and agree not to
remonstrate to the formation. such I . rovement district; and agree to pay assigned share of such designated
improvement costs.
