HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-47 Dedicating Lands to Parks Comm-Repealed by 2008-39 " 85...15185 RESOLUTION NOo 85-47 A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE PARKS COMMISSION FOR PARK PURPOSES IN ACCORD WITH-ARTICLE XIX OF THE ASHLAND CITY CHARTER 0 /p:{f {,. :J BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ASHLAND, as follows: SECTION 10 Pursuant to Article XIX, Section 3, of the Ashland City Charter, the following described land is hereby dedicated to the Parks Commission for park purposeso Said land is com- monly known as the Wade Property, which was previously dedicated by Resolution Noo 82-40 and which now shall include that portion formerly proposed for use by the Wranglers and an access road to the Sewage Treatment plant.
