As owner of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as
required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is
to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: The converted detached shed/studio building shall not be used as a separate residential unit prior to
recording of the final survey plat for the lot line adjustment approved as Planning Action #2008-00597
and obtaining a certificate of occupancy. The existing Tax Lot #400 is approved for only one single
family residence, and the detached shed/studio building will not be utilized as a separate residential unit
prior to Its being relocated onto Tax Lot 408 through a lot line adjustment and obtaining a certificate of
occupancy. Use of the converted shed/studio building as a separate dwelling prior to recording of the
final survey plat and obtaining a certificate of occupancy would be a violation of the Ashland Municipal
Code and subject to all penalties thereof. ~,7 7
