to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that
this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: That when Mae Street right-of-way is improved with curb, the driveway curb cut for the primary
residence shall be reduced to the maximum width allowed for single family lots and that the hard surface for
the third off-street parking space provided for on the site shall be removed.
