RE: POLE INSPECTION AND TREATMENT PROPOSAL - 2009
Dear Mr. Johnson:
At the request of our Director-Sales, Mr. John Brown, we are submitting the following unit prices
(Schedule 1) as an amendment to your Engineering Service Contract dated December 15,2005. This
pertains to the pole inspection and treatment of approximately 600 distribution poles in 2009.
An insurance certificate covering Osmose for this work is attached for your convenience.
If you need further assistance or have any questions concerning this proposal, please do not hesitate to
