under the trust deed executed by Estelle Strong, Clifford A. Hites and Gayle Strong-Hites as

The undersigned trustee or successor trustee, under trust deed dated May 24th, 1999,
executed and delivered by Estelle Strong, Clifford A. Hites, and Gayle Strong-Hites, as
Grantor, and recorded on May 25th, 1999, in the Records of Jackson County, Oregon,
conveying real property situated in Jackson County described. in the trust deed by reference to
Instrument Number 99-28492, having received from the beneficiary under the trust deed, a
written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by the trust deed ($7,366.17)
(inclusive of corrected principle amount of "$4623.46 plus interest) has been fully paid and
satisfied hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys but without any covenant or warranty,
express or implied, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, a"- of the estate held by
the undersigned in the described premised by virtue of the trust deed.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON TRANSFERRING
FEE TITILE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF ANY, UNDER ORS
195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO 11, CHAPTER 424,
OREGON LAWS 2007. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS
