Councilmen Arplewhi -te, Blake, Crandall, Hansen, Ingle, Koozer. Absentz None

of $2500.00 by Noel W. Heard. It was moved by Koezer and seconded by CrE'.ndall thai; the
permit be granted. Carried.

Realty. Hansen reported that a men who was 9. promotor was interested in bottling
lithia vater. Van Dyke, City Attorney also spoke on the matter.

Koozer spoke ravor~g the League of Oregon Cities' p16~ of giving a portion of the
gasoline tax to citieso

meeting at Eug.er..e be approved. Carr:i.ed.
