by John S. baton in November, 1940. but >>:ot used by him. was permitted to be used in

The transfer of deposits amounting to t127.75 to delinquent acoounts and the ad-
justment or active accounts amounting to $198.64 .8 approved upon motion duly made.

Water. Biege . reported that the Bellview Co-operative Wa:ter Ass'n wanted the City
tp read their meters and oollect their water rents and tollowing some disWUB81on.. it
was moved by Xayler that a resolution embodying the provisioDs of this report for the
reading of aetera and oollections be prepared by the City Attorney tor action by the
Council. S..onded and carried.

the Cemetery Committee for aotion.
Upon motion by Koozer.. seoonded by 1ayler. up to date plats of the cemeteries
and improved records were authoriled. Carried.
The Peddler's license committee was scheduled tor a m.eeting 'the first of the week.

, An ordinance amending City Ordinances No. 1017 and 1019 arfeot1l1g the salary ot

ordinanoe be passed to the seoond reading by title only. Seoonded by Applewhite. Carried.
Following the seoond reading, it -s JIIOved that the ordinance be adopted as read. Mo1;1on
was made by Koozer and seoonded by Applewhite and following a unaniJaous roll oa1l the
Mayor declared City Ordinance No. 1021 adopted.
