Band'Following a report from the band committee regard1ni' &'1Tailable funds tor the
Kiltie Band... it was moved by. Crandall and seoonded by 7ayler that 1200..00 be given to

following a unanimous roll call was carried. .
Biegel, who had Dade a trip to California to study problema in conneo"tioD with
arm;y 081ltonements there, made a very oomplete and interesting report. He .stated tha~
he was prepariDg a written report which would be placed on file. '1'he recreation prob-
1_ appeared to be one of the biggest problema. The estimated mon'thly payroll from. the
oamp would be cabout 1800.000.00 per month.'

the 'Objecttons. He stated that he had not kept his truck covered as required.. but this

It was moved by Koozer and seoonded by Tayler that the orlinance be taken off the table.
Carried. Having been read the first time. it was moved by Tayler and seconded by Koozer
that the irdinanoe be adopted as read and following a unenimous roll call.. 'the Jlayor
declared City Ordinance No. 1022 adopted.
On motion. the Council adjourned -to meet at the call of the Kayor.
