The Council met in regular session at 7:30 P. M. this date. Present: Mayor Wiley"
Councilmen Daughertj.. Koozer. Pu'bnan. Redford.. Selby. Absent: Councilman Applewhite
The minutes of frle previous meeting were read and approved as read.
The monthly report of the City Judge for the month of January, 1944 was read.
acoepted and ordered ~aoed on file.
Bills amounting to $9.080.41 were read as to total amount only. same having
been oked by the var~ius departments, oommittees and finance committee and were
ordered paid.
The follcrwing applications for building permit! were presented:
Noo 3. To build addition to dwelling at 90 Seventh Street at an approximate
cost of $500.00 by Andy DeLisle.
It was moved by Koozer and seconded by Daugherty that the permits be grantecl.
Carried.
The sale of two lots on Third Street. Lots 16 and 17. Block ftLn. Railroad
Addition to the City @f Ashlamd to Beecher Danford was referred to the Realty
Committee with powfir to act.
The purchase of City of Ashland Water Bonds from the State of Oregon was
referred to the Finance Committee for study.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
