Councilmen Applewhite, Koozer, Redford, Pu-cman, Selby. Absente COUDc:"lman Daugherty.
Jack Lucas who had recently purchased the Dr. Chas. A. Haines property and had
built dog kennels there was present at the meeting for the purpose of replying to
a petition prepe,red b~r Mro Luther E. stone e.nd signed by a few others protesting
against the dogs. Following the reading of the petition and some discussion and
rem8,rks by Mr. Lucas, the Council adjourned to the Lucas Kennels to see at firs't hand
'the condition of the kennels, etc.
On motion, the C01.mcil ad.journed to meet at the call of the M9.yor:
