Monthly reports of' the City Judge and Librarian were read. acoepted and ordered plaoed on rile. Bills amounting to '9,,657.35 were read as to total amount only. same having been oked by 'the various departments. committees and finanoe oommittee and were ordered paid. No. 37: To remodel and repair dwelling at 215 Ohio Street at an a pproximate co 8t ot .100.00 by D. J. City Sup't and City A"ttorney for aotion. The City AttornEr.f read a proposed resolution conoerning the oollection of the utility revenues and aovounting for same. It was moved by Koozer that .500000 be the amol.mt set up as a revel ring fund. same to be transfered f'rollLfcthe Eleotrio Fund. SeOOnded by Daugherty and following a uuanimou8 roll call _8 oarried. Wi'th this change. the resolution was passed to the seoond reading by "title only" the rules being suspended. Following the se eond reading" i"t was moved by Kooaer and seoonded by Applewhi te that the resolution be adopted as read and tollowing a unanim.ous roll call. the Mayor deolared the resolution adopted. Upon motion.by Koozer. seconded by JJaugherty. ths surety bonds of the City Sup''t and two assistants were set at $2500.00. Carried. The City Attorney made a brief report on the Gas Ice Projeot and the Talent Irri- gation Distriot's intention of using same as a 8i te for a dam.
