Putman, Redford. Selby. Absents None The minutes of 'the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Bills amounting to $9888.61 were read as to total amount only, same having been oked by the various departments. collll1ittees and finance eommit-tee and upon motion by Daugherty, seconded by Redford were ordered paid. The Talent Water ai~Uation was discussed. J. Iverson. Considerable discussion followed and the matter 1f8.S refer- red to the Police for further investigation and report. On motion, the Counoil adjourned 'to meet at the call of the Mayors Attest.
