The Council met in regular session at 1:30 P. M. this date. Present: Mayor Wiley.
Councilmen Applewhite~ Daugherty_ Koozer. Redford, Selby. Absent: Councilman Pu-tm.an.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and 8. pproved as read.
MOnthly reports of the Eleotric. Street and Water Departments and City Recorder
were read. acrieptedwand ord,ered.placed on file.
.An agreement between the City of A.shland and the California Oregon Power Company
for a grant of right ot way for extension to the Gas Ice Corporation property was
approved upon motion by Koozer, seconded by Daugherty and carried.
A leak in the roof causing water to discolor the .ailing of the council chamber
was discussed and the m.a'tter was referred to the Realty Committee and City Superintend-
ent to investigate.
Due to election day falling on the seme night as regula,r council meeting. the
regular ~etint was advanoed to Friday. November 3rd.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
