The minutes of the praTious meeting were read and approTed as read.
Monthly reports of the Electrio, street ud Water Departments and City Reoorder
were read, aocepted aDd ordered plaoed on file. The puroha.. or a Chevrolet oar for the
E1eotric Department.was authorized upon motion made, seoonded and unanimeus17 earried.
Tom Acklin asked for oity water on his property just outside of the oity limits
in order that he might aell a part of his land with water on it. Following a thorough
disous8ion, it was lDOTed by Redford and ..eonded 'by Daugherty that the request be gr8.1lt-
ed, but ltaited to 2 oonneotions and tor aomestie us. only. Carried.
H. L. Clayoomb asked that Hevada street be extended and there'Dy opening up a new
trade areao He also stated that h. favored water meters. It was 'decided that the Council
and a delagation of busin.s. .en go 1n a bidy to the County Court to get some aotion
on the matter in tke near future.

it was moved 'by Daugherty and seconded by Fisch'birn that the alley be vacated and the
