A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE 2008-2009 BUDGET
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to transfer
appropriations as follows:
Insurance Services Fund
To: Insurance Services - Material & Service
From: Insurance Services - Contingency

To Transfer appropriations from Contingency to Insurance Services, Material & Services
to cover cost over runs for Workers Compensation claims.
