ADDENDUM TO CITY OF ASHLAND
ONE YEAR CON1RACT EXTENSION
Recitals:
On June 1 st 2009, City of Ashland and Diamond Parking Service, LLC will execute a
one-year contract extension per the current contract agreement dated May 1,2006. This
extension will be valid through May 31, 2010.
The terms of this contract shall remain unchanged with the exception of reconciliation of
office space rental at 116 Lithia Way. This agreement is outlined on a directive letter
dated April!, 2005, (see attached) providing $100.00 per month rent assistance, deducted
on the monthly management fees due City of Ashland.
This contract may be terminated by either party for any reason with thirty (30) days
written notice to the other party.
