this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners
of the property.
Action: That the utility space addition to the east of the existing garage shall not be used as a habitable
space, ,or converted to a sleeping room. That if plumbing ,fixtures are to be installed at a future date or, If the
space is converted to a sleeping room, System Development Charges for the change in occupancy shall be
