DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WILMA LLC, an Oregon limited liability
company, (hereinafter "Grantor"), being the owner of the herein described property, does, pursuant to
ORS 92.175(I)(c), hereby dedicate, grant, bargain, sale and convey to the City of Ashland, a municipal
corporation of the State of Oregon, its successors in interest and assigns (hereinafter "Grantee"), and
Grantee hereby accepts from Grantor, all of Grantor's interest in the following real property located in the
City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon, such property to be used by Grantee for public street and right-
of-way purposes, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
(See attached Exhibit "A")
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described and granted premises unto the said Grantee, its
successors in interest and assigns forever.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $1.00, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
by Grantor. The acceptance by the City of Ashland, of such dedication on behalf of the public is subject
to the express understanding that in so doing, the City of Ashland does not agree to improve or maintain
said property, unless and until such time as the City shall accept jurisdiction of the property for purposes
of street maintenance.

Jackson County Surveyor, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Parcel No. I of the Partition Plat recorded as Partition
Plat No. P-66-2008 of Record of Partition Plats in Jackson County, Oregon, and filed as Survey
No. 2023 I in the Office of the Jackson County Surveyor; thence along the westerly line of said
