and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00)
which Easement is for the ins.tallation and maintenance of underground and
aerial electrical lines and related appurtenances including, but
not limited.~to " pol.es; guys, conduits and supports,
and which Easeme!lt is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:

eas't corner of Donation Land Claim No. 40, Township 39 South, Range 1 East
of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon, said point being further
described as the Northwest corner of Parcel No. 1 of that Minor Land Partition
as recorded in volume 1, page 96 of "Minor Land Partitions" of Jackson, County,
Oregon; thence South 02057'10" West, along the Westerly line of said Parcel
No.1, a distance of 108.26 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line, North
89059'10" East, 117.20 feet; thence South 25015'41" East, 79.48 feet; thence
South 36033'52" East, 19.53 feet to the Southerly line of that parcel as
described in instrument No. 77-09012 of Jackson County Deed Records for the
True Point of Beginning; thence continue South 36033'52 East, 61.30 feet;
. thence South 01000'47" East 85.9 feet more or less to the Southerly line of
that parcel as described in volume 241 page 225 of said Jackson County Deed
Records.
