AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
RVTD/CITY OF ASHLAND - AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES
The Agreement for Services between Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) and the City
of Ashland for the period July 1,2008 through June 30, 2009 is hereby amended as follows:
The term of this Agreement is extended from July 1,2009 through September 7, 2009.
The Valley Lift trip count each fiscal year begins on July 1 through June 30.
All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, by signature of their authorized representatives, duly
execute this Amendment No, 1 to the RVTD/City of Ashland Agreement for Services and agree
to comply with its terms and conditions.
