City of Ashland, as to an undivided 60% interest, and Housing Authority of Jackson County, as
to an undivided 40% interest, each as tenants in common, Grantors, convey to City of Ashland,
Grantee, the following real property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, to wit:
PARCELS I & 3, AS SHOWN ON PARTITION PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF
THE JACKSON COUNTY OREGON SURVEYOR AS NO. 20468 AND RECORDED
AS PARTITION PLAT NO. P-27-2009 OF "RECORD OF PARTITION PLATS" IN
JACKSON COUNTY, OREGON.
The true consideration for the conveyance is other value given:
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON
TRANSFERRING FEE TITLE SHOULD INQUIRE ABOUT THE PERSON'S RIGHTS, IF
ANY, UNDER ORS 195.300, 195.301 AND 195.305 TO 195.336 AND SECTIONS 5 TO II,
CHAPTER 424, OREGON LAWS 2007. THIS INSTRUMENT DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF
