to an undivided 40% interest, each as tenants in common, Grantors, convey to Housing Authority
of Jackson County, Grantee, the following real property situated in Jackson County, Oregon, to
wit:
PARCEL 2 AS SHOWN ON PARTITION PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE
JACKSON COUNTY OREGON SURVEYOR AS NO. 20468 AND RECORDED AS
P ARTITION PLAT NO. P-27-2009 OF "RECORD OF PARTITION PLATS" IN
JACKSON COUNTY, OREGON.
The true consideration for the conveyance is other value given.
