A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE 2009-2010 BUDGET
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Because Df the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City
Council of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to
transfer appropriations as fDllows:
Electric Fund
To: Electric Distribution
From: CDntingency

To Transfer appropriations from Contingency tD Electric Distribution for boring
under the freeway at exit 14 to upgrade the services that feed Highway 66, Oak
KnDII and other outlining areas.
Central Services Fund
To: City Recorder - Material & Service
From: Contingency

TD Transfer appropriatiDns from Contingency to City RecDrder, Material &
Services to fund unanticipated higher banking charges in FY 2010.
