The cOU11Cil met in edjourned session at 5100, P. M. .this date. Presentr Mayor
Wiley, Councilmen Applewhite. Blake, Koozer. Absentr Councilmen Crandall, Hanaen.

The purpose of the meeting was to oome to an immediate decision concerning the
surfacing of @ranite Street. Considerable discussion followed oo.~eny-def-
in1;j;e.-decisioll-beJng_I:eached. It was deoided to olarify the matter thru the press
in .order that the public rould be informed as to costs etc. The City Attorney re-
ported that P. W. A forms had been received to be used in preparing a paving pro-
jeot if it was de01ded to do so.
The Mayor appointed viewers for Sewer District No. 41 as tollowsr S. A. Peters,
W~ C. Mitchell, and A. E. Kinney. It was moved by Applewhite and seconded by Blake that
the appo3n'bBlmts be approved. Carried.
On motion, the counoil adjourned to meet at the oal1 of the l.layorl
