Councilmen Crandall, Delsman, Koozer, 1'ayler. Absent: Councilmen Applevmite, Carson.
The meeting was set to hear objections against the construction of sewers and the I
repair of curbs and as there were no objectors present, the City Atyorney read a proposed!
J resolutio?;l, c()yering the construction. It was moved by Crandall and seconded by Koo zer
that the !.t!1/f.;~III...~ be passed to the secondt reading by title only, the rules being suspend(
ed. Carried. Following the second rending it was moved by Koozer and seconded by Crahdalll'
that the resol)lVtion be adopted as read and following S Ul'lanimous roll C'ill( the Mayor
declared the resolution adopted. \;-U,,~1"1
A petition asking that a curb be constructed on }~ide Street, it was moved by Cran-
dall and seoonded by Koozer that intention to oonstruct curb be published. Carried.
On motion the oouncil adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor:
