the COutloll meet in adjourned session at 5'00 P. M. this date. Present: Mayor
Wiley, Councilmen Applewhite, Carson, DelsllllUl. Absent: Councilmen Crandall, Koozer.

The purpose of the meeting Was "to hear objections against tho oonstruction of
curbs and gutters on both sides of fi..'W1 Street from East .IIlain Street "to nCn Street.
There being no objec"tors present, a resolution authorizing the oonstruction was read.
It was moved by Applewhite that the rules ge suspended end the resolJl'tion passed "to the
second reading by title only. Seoonded by Carson. Carried. Following 'the seoond reading,
it _s lIIOved by Applewhite ihat the resolution be adopted as read. Seoonded by Delsman
and following a .....AnhnnUJr roll oall the ~or declared the resolution adopted.
