J.he Council met in adjourned session at 5,00 P. M. this date. Present. Meyor Wiley,
Councilmen Appl_hito. Carson, Delsman, lI.oozer, Tayler. Absent: Councilman Crandall I
The purpose of the meeting was "to listen to+objeotions against the repair of ourbs I
andgutters on various streets,&s adveridsed,in tb!> City. There being no objeo"tors pre- ,
sent, a resolution authorizing the repair ~ of carbs and gutters as set forth in
the advertsiment _s read. It _s moved by Koozor and IS eoonded by "ayler that the
resolution be plssed to the second reading by 'title only, the zroles being suspended.
Carried. Following 'the second reading, it .....s moved by Applewhite and seconded by DelsmaJ
that the resolution be adopted as read am following a unanimous roll oall, the l4ayor
declared the resolution adopted.
