The Council met in adjourned session at 5.00 P. M. this date. Present. Mayor
Wiley. Councilmen Applewhite. Crandall, Tayler. Absent' Councilmen Keozer. Daugherty,
Woodell. The purpose of the meeting was to purchase cast iron pipe for P. W. A. pro-
jects which had been authorized. The City Sup't asked authority to plilrchase $ll,ooO
worth of cast iron pipe from the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe COlllpany of Provo, Utah
to be used on these projects, the price being only a small percentage higher than other
purchases from this same company and the freight froQ. Provo being less than any other
Company. It was moved by Crandall and seconded by Applellhite that the purchase be
authorized and following a ltDRnimnUS roll call was approved.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
