The Council met in adjourned session at 5.00 P. M. this date. Present. Mayor Wiley,
,..... Councilmen Applewhite. Crandall, Koozer, :i:ayler. Absent. Councilmen Da~erty. Woodell.
A letter from Mr. R. B. Newbern, Pres. Gas Ice Corporation was read stating that he
_s sending a man IlSlll<ld Mann with instructions to seal, plug or cap the f'ive wells on the
Lithia Springs property. Following some disoussion, it was moved by Koozer that the City
Attorney be instructed to nctifj Newbern that the City was not ready at this time to have
this plugging done. but were ready to negotiate further with him and were notifying Mr.
Mann of' this action. Seconded by Tayler. Carried.
On motion. the Council adjoutned to meet at the oall of the Mayor.
