The council met in adjourned session at 2:00 P. M. this date. Present. Mayor Wiley,
Counoilmen Applewhite, Crandall, Daugherty. Koozer, Tayler, Woodell. Absent: None.
Mr. R. B. Newbern was present and read a proposed new contract for the lease of the
Lithia Springs property and following discussion it was agreed to make certain minor
lalterations em then reconsider the agreemmt at another meeting in the near future.
On B>tiofnllf.e.-4-PRJ.ewhi te, seconded by Koozer, the City Sup't was authorized "to have
a phone abd heatjatttlie Civilian Defense Office at the Armory. Carried.
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the call of the Mayor.
