Mr. S'\;one, Lucas and Mr. & Mrs. Rykken were present and the dog si'tuation was dis-
cussed by both par~ies and personalities engaged in. The ma~'ter wa~ referred to the
Polioe Depar'tmen't for immediate ac'tion and report back.
