Counoilman Applewhi'te, Dailgher'ty, Pu~, Redford, Selby. Absent: Councilman Kool:er.
The Ci'ty At'torney read the report; or' 'the Polioe Depe.r1:ment in whiioh ol3 ce.l18 were
made 'to 'the Lucas plaoe bu't no barking heard. Upon motion by Daugher'ty, seoonded by Red-
ford, 1;b; Ci'ty AUorney was ins'tructed to write leUers 'to bo'th Lucas and S'tone regard-
ing the investiga'tion. The Chief of Police instruc'ted 'to oon'tinue 'the investiga'tion,
making a oheck twioe a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Carried.
