The purpose or' 'tha meeting was 'to discuss bo'th the "c" Street extension and 'the
Garbage regulations. '
The ,plans for "the proposed "c" Street extension 'IIllre proposed ahd disoussed. Yaps
showing two proposa&s were studt.ed and tollowing considerable disnaaion, 1't was moved
by Selby and seconded by Redford that Plan No. l(whioh would bring 'the intersection ot
"c" Street with thl5 Highway to open up direotly into 'the plaza instead of cu't'ting off
and enlarging 'the Oak Street entrance) be apprc,vd. Following a unanimous roll call,
'the motion was oarried.
Tho garbage proposal requiring residents to set 'their garbage cans on 'the curb
1Ill.S disoussod 'thoroughly and resulted in a motion by Weitzel, secoDded by Daughl5rty
'that garbage cans mus't be looated no't more than 100 teet trom 'tho s'treet, driveways
or alleys so as to make carrying 'thlllll unreasohable distancos unneoessary. Carried.
The size ot the container tor garbage 'to be designated also in order 'to make it un-
lawful 'to use extraordinarily large oana.
