The City Attorney slated that the ~roperty cOuld ue obtained
witLOUt Il vote of the people by ~eans of a revenue bond. It was
tLerefore moved by Redford ana. seconded by Mez:rll1 that a down
payment of $1000.00 be paId on the property.
