~he.City Recorder's office. Present; Mayor Wiley, Councilmen Daugherty,
Merrill, Nosler and Redford. Absent: Fischborn, Weitzel.
0.: . An ordinance was read accepting the bid of Blyth & Co. and the
. U.-S. National Bank of Portland9 It was .moved by Daugherty, seconded
by Redford: tba. t the .rules be .suspended and the ordinance passed .to
second reading by title only. Carried. Following ~he second reading,
it was moved by Redford, seconded by Merrill.that the ordinance be a
adopted as read. Carried. Following unanimous roll call, the Mayor
declared Ordinance #1078 adopted.
The meeting was adjourned to call of the Mayor.
