500.000 gallon reservoirs. All bids werD opened and rDad, but dUD to the large number
of items of maohinery and un1't prioe!! of eaoh. it was though't bDst to defer ~ aotion
until study had been made by'thD enginnrs. It was IIlOVDd by Redford tha't the bids be
rDfDrred to the engineers for report to the oounoil. Seoonded and oarried.
On mo'tion, the Counoil adjourned 'to meet at the oall of the Mayor}.
