'the Siskiyou Inves'tmen't Company. I't was moved by Red1'ord and seoonded by Daugherty 'tha't
the rules be suspended and 'the ord1nanoe passed 'to 'the seoond reading by't1'tle only.
Carried. Following 'the seoond reading, 1't was moved by F1sohborn and seoonded by We1't-
zel 'tha't 'the ordinanoe be adop'ted as read and following a unanimous roll oall, 'the Mayor
deolared City Ordinanoe No. 1082 adop'ted.
