The Council IIl<It in adjourned session at 1:30 P. M. this date. Present: Mayor Wiley.
Counoilmen Daugherty. Fisohborn, Merrill, Nosler, Redford. Absent: Councilman Weitzel.
Mr. Harvey, Consulting Engineer made his report in writing of the proposed revisions
in the plans and speoifioations of tb> water filtration pl~ and large reservoir. This
detailed repp:l:t was gone over oare1"ully and explained to the Counoil by Yr. Harvey. After
a thorough disoussion and understanding ot the proposed ohanges, it was moved by Daugherty
and seoonded by Redford that the reoomnendations of the engineers be aooepted and the
City Attorney draw up an ordinanoe aooepting the bids as revised. Carried_
On motion, the Council adjourned to meet at the oall of the Mayor:
