Trust, dated July 21, 2008 , all rights and interest in and to the following described real property:

That easement shown as a Public Pedestrian Access Easement (PPAE) lying within lot
number 9 of the Oaks of Ashland, a Planned Community dedicated to the City of Ashland on
January 25, 2002 and recorded in Volume 28 of Plats on page 3 of the Records of Jackson
County, Oregon.
