Hi Jim - attached please find 1he four legal descriptions that I completed Friday 4/15. I still need to work with
Brad Barber to complete the exhibit maps for each legal (I attached two work maps showing the 4 tax lots for
the 4 descriptions).
Please call me when you receive this - you may want me to revise the format of my legal descriptions to better
fit into your easement documents,

To Jim Olson & Morgan -
Hi Jim - Brad B has been in conversation with Otto and me regarding the locations of 4 access easements from Helman
St. and Hersey St. The only way we can do that, and really be tied into deed and survey boundaries, is to tie into a couple
of monuments in Helman (most descriptions and surveys are described off of c/l mons at Van Ness or Hersey), and then
tie into the 3 proposed access alignments that have been staked in the field.
Anticipated costs:
Field work to locate control monuments and traverse down each access path to tie in staked locations:
Field Cost = $2350
Office costs included calculations for property corner/survey comer locations, calculations for easement alignments,
preparation of exhibit maps and legal descriptions for 4 properties:
Office costs = $1600.
Total costs = $3950
