' rJ4ud oP1/~ ~~- ;? ~ dl/1 :f/JttJ - I - " The Agrcemcnt 1S as follows: 7~e Cicy agrees that for an interim period until negotiationL of a Working Agreement between the parties is reached, all employee, shall receive July I, 1981, a general, wage increase of S1X percent (6%) above their present hourly wage rate. It,is further agreed that further wage adjustments will be negotiated during the term of this letter and that all existing conditions and benefits will not be reduced without agreement by the Union. NOTE: During anytime that the City pays the employees contribution to PERS as required by ORS 237.071, six-percent (6%) will be added to the wage rates shown in the above schedule for the purpose of salary comparisons and computing inequity adjustments.
