Enclosed is the original pedestrian access easement granted to you by the City several
months ago. This document just recently came to light and, as you can see, it is several
months old. Would you please make provisions to record this document at the County
Recorder's office in Medford at your convenience. Upon recording the easement, please
provide a copy to me.
