do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND, a Municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration of one dollar (S1.0o)
which Easement is for the installation and perpetual
maintenance of public utilities including but not limited to electrical.and water distribution
lines;
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
