On the above described property I have
built a single family dwelling. Said dwelling was built as
a single family dwelling and shall in the future only be
used as a single family dwelling.
Prior to December 1, 1981, I shall have
constructed on said dwelling, a stairway between the bottom
floor and second floor. Construction for the stairway shall
commence only after plans for the stairway are submitted to
and approved by both the Building Inspector for the City of
Ashland, and the Planning Director for the City of Ashland.
Should the City of Ashland have to enforce
or litigate ar�y provisions of this declaration, I shall be
responsible for reasonable attorney fees incurred by the City
of Ashland.
