which Easement is for installation and maintenance of underground electrical
utility lines and related above ground appurtenances,
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows t0-wit Commencing. at ai.2 inch iron pipe •situated_.ab the
Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim Number 38, Township 39 South, Range 1
East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon; thence South, 650.01
feet and East 174.05 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin situated on the Northerly
right o£ way oF Wiley Street being the Southeast corner of parcel number 2 as
shown on that minor land partition filed for record on the 23rd day of June,
1977 in Volume 1, page 82 of "Minor Land Partitions" in Jackson County, Oregon
for the True noint of Beginning; thence along said Northerly right of way
South 89°50'26" East, 12.00 feet; thence leaving said right of way North
00°29'S5" West, 150.00 feet; thence North 89°50'26" West, 12.00 feet to the
Northeast corner of said parcel; thence along the Easterly line of said parcel
South 00°29'S5" East, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
