for and in consideration of one dollar (S1.00)
whiCh Easement i5 for a power pole and related appurtenances and installation and
maintenance of underground electrical utility lines and related appurtenances
and which Easement is over the property situated in Jackson County, Oregon,
described as follows, to-wit:
Coimnencing at the Southwest corner of a parcel of land as described in Volume 496, page 495
of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon, which point bears North, 29.7 feet
and East, 1503.48 feet from the Southwest,corner of Donation Land Claim No. 39 in
Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
[hence East 62.0 feet to the Southeast corner oP said parcel; thence North, 99.95
feet to the True Point of BeginninQ; thence North, 55.00 feet to the Northeast
corner of said parcel; thence West, 10.00 feet; thence South, 55.00 feet; thence
East, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
