KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that WILBUR J. HANCE, Trustee
for GEORGE P. Hfu~CE and MIRANDA R. HANCE, and BILLY D. GREENE and
GLADYS L. GREENE, do hereby grant an Easement unto the CITY OF ASHLAND,
a Municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, for and in consideration
