JACKSON COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State
of Oregon, conveys to the CITY OF ASHLAND, a municipal corporation
of the State of Oregon, all that real property described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 16, according to the official plat of 1888
of the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon;
thence North 24°40' West along the idesterly line
of said Lot, 187.00 fee*_ to the most Southwest corr.er
of that tract described in Deed Record Volume 489,
Page 450 being the point of lieginning; thence
North 45°21' East, 68.56 feet (record North 51°
East, 56.00 feet) to a point on the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 1 bexng 123.00 feet from the most
Northeasterly corner thereof; thence North 63°45' West,
97.00 feet to a corner thereof; thence South 15°17'
East, 20.7 feet to a corner thereof; thence South
24°40' East, 75.4 feet to point of beginning. LESS
AND EXCEPTING that tract described in deed records
Volume 61, Page 515.
The true and actual consideration for this transfer
is the sum of One Hundred and No/100 ($100.00) Dollars.
